Participant Application Form -
2026
If you are interested in participating in our show please
submit your application as soon as possible. You will
be notified whether or not we will have room for you.
Hopefully we will. Space is of course limited and will
be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Procedure
IF the form was emailed to you then you may use that copy otherwise download it from this web site, link below.
THEN
Print the form, fill in the requested information, then mail it to the pmail address on the form.
OR
Print the form, fill in the requested information, take a picture of it or scan it and send the image to the email address on the form.
OR
Edit the digital form and insert the requested information, then send the completed form file to the email address on the form.
OR
If you participated in our most recent show and there are NO changes from what you had submitted for that one
then simply send an email to the address below stating that you wish to participate in the show and that all your
information is still current. Unless you request a change you will most likely be assigned to the same location as before.
Vendors
Please do NOT submit payment at this time.
When you are notified of acceptance we will request payment for the number of tables allocated for you.
Payment may be made by mail or brought to the show with you.
