Regular Club Business Meeting Schedule

Regular club business meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm except:
January or February - annual banquet
July or August - annual picnic
December - no meeting

Business Meeting Format

It consists of a business session that follows Roberts Rules of Order. That is often followed by a "show and tell" time, a clinic on some topic of interest, a train related video or a guest speaker. Snacks may also accompany a meeting. Of course there is always some social time to catch up on what's happening in our lives. Or some may want to run trains or test a locomotive.

Committee Meetings

As scheduled by the committee.
The Operations Committee normally meets during the work sessions.

Layout Work Sessions - temporarily suspended

Permanent Layout - Full Members: Normally on first and third Thursday at about 5pm.
Traveling Layout Group - All Members: Scheduled as needed.
Basic members and non-members may visit to see what is going on and meet other club members.

Operating Sessions - temporarily suspended

Permanent Layout - Full Members: Normally on the third Thursday at 1830.

Fun Run Sessions - temporarily suspended

Permanent Layout - ALL Members and Guests: As scheduled.
