In the past we have normally been able to accomodate all interested exhibitors and vendors. Starting 2021 we find it necessary to begin an application to participate process. If you are interested in participating in our show please submit your application as soon as possible. You will be notified by August 1, 2021 whether or not we will have room for you. Hopefully we will. We are aware that some interested groups have larger layouts than in the past and some new folks wish to participate.

Procedure
If the form was emailed to you then you may use that copy otherwise download it from this web site, link below.
Print the form, fill in the requested information, then mail it to the address on the form.
Or
Edit the digital form and insert the requested information, then email the form to the email address on the form.
Or
If you have participated in our 2018 or 2019 show and there are no changes to what you have submitted in the past then simply send me an email at the address below stating that you wish to participate in this years show.

Vendors
Please do NOT submit payment at this time.
When you are notified of acceptance we will request payment for the number of table allocated for you.
Note that the per table charge has increased this year to $30.
